Cancellation Policy
BOOKING: To book an appointment a valid card is required to have on file. No charges will be made until after your service is complete.
PAYMENT: Prices on site are STARTING prices only, for an accurate price quote feel free to send me a dm! I accept cash and card payments. Please note if you choose to pay with card, there is a 3.5% convenience fee added.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to appointment time, or full service price will be charged. No call/no shows will be charged the full service price that was booked. You will not be able to book another appointment until the fee has been paid.
LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period for all clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a $15 late fee added to your service for the loss of time. After the 15 minute grace period, the appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged the cancellation fee only OR service may be compromised and any extra nail art will have to be removed or skipped due to timing.
REMINDER: Mask are still required to be worn to your appointment. Please send an inspo picture of what you’d like to get done and let me know if you’ll need a soak off. It is your responsibility to inform me of any health conditions and/or allergies prior to your service. I will not work on severely damaged or wounded nails.
